Clubs

Club registration will be open from Monday, December 1st at 7:30 am to Friday, December 5th at 3:30 pm. The image below is interactive. When you click the plus (+) sign on each club's title, information for each club will be available.

*As a reminder, all clubs are based on a lottery system. Students may register to enter the lottery for three clubs, but they can only participate in one club for the year. If a student participated in a club first semester, he/she is NOT permitted to participate in a club second semester. Please do not register your student for the second semester club lottery if your child participated in a club first semester.

If your student is participating in an afterschool activity (Chorus, Drama or Odyssey of the Mind) this school year, they will be unable to join a club in order to ensure all students have an opportunity to participate in an extracurricular activity.

*As a courtesy and for consideration to all of our students, if your child participated in any club last year, please do not register for that club lottery. Most clubs will use the same activities.*

*Registration will be open Monday, 12/1 through Friday, 12/5.*

All club memberships are chosen via lottery. Completing the registration form does not guarantee your student's acceptance into the club.

School clubs will be advertised from November 17th - 21st.

Club Registration will go live at 7:30 am on Monday, December 1st and will close at 3:30 pm on Friday, December 5th.

Students may register for more than one club, but they can only participate in one club each year.

If your student is selected to participate in a club, you will receive a welcome email Monday, December 8th. Club payment will be collected December 8th - 16th. Club fees are due by Tuesday, December 16th. MyPaymentsPlus closes at 12 pm on Tuesday, December 16th; no payment will be received after the deadline. Fees must be received prior to attending.

Clubs will meet on a specific afternoon each week beginning the week of January 12th and ending the week of March 2nd. All BSA clubs meet from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

Transportation home after activities is not provided. Students will need to be picked up at the end of their session or be registered to attend afternoon Wolf Pack. If you have any questions, you may call the school at 678-546-0414 or email Club Director McKenzie Hendrix at [email protected].
