Registration for the club lottery will be open from Monday, December 4th to 3:30 pm on Friday, December 8th. The buttons on the graphic below are interactive. When you click the plus (+) sign on each club's title, information for each club will be available.

*As a reminder, all clubs are based on a lottery system. Students may register to enter the lottery for three clubs, but they can only participate in one club for the year. If a child participated in a club the first semester, he/she is NOT permitted to participate in a club second semester. Please do not register your child for the second semester club lottery if your child participated in a club first semester. *A child may participate in a club if he/she is in band or chorus. However, please remember chorus rehearsal meets after school and is a year-long commitment. If your child has joined chorus, please do not register for a club that meets on your child's chorus rehearsal day


*As a courtesy and for consideration to all of our students, if your child participated in any club last year, please do not register for that club lottery. Most clubs will use the same activities. 


If your student is selected to participate in a club, a Welcome Letter will be sent home on Tuesday, December 12th.


If your child is selected to participate in a club, fee payment will be collected from December 13th - 15th and January 9th - 11th. Club fees are due by Thursday, January 11th. Fees must be received prior to attending.


Clubs will meet on a specific afternoon each week beginning the week of January 16th and ending the week of March 8th. All BSA clubs meet from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.


We strive to provide a fun and enriching environment for all students. One way to fuel the creative fires of our students is through extending our days and providing opportunities to participate in after-school clubs. Clubs differ from school activities in that they occur outside of instructional hours, and students are required to pay a fee to participate.


Each of the BSA after-school clubs will be held after school hours on various days throughout the semester. Due to high interest in these activities and limited space in each individual club, a lottery system will be used to select students from all those who register. Please understand that completing a registration form does not guarantee acceptance. Students are informed of acceptance into a club via a "Welcome Letter" at the end of the registration period. There is a fee per semester for each club. Fees are collected by semester.
